    Job Title: Facility Cleaner

    Job Description

    As a Facility Cleaner, you will execute routine and non-routine cleaning of operational areas following detailed work instructions and SOPs with an emphasis on accuracy. Your role will be crucial in maintaining cGMP compliance, documenting all activities, and completing preventative maintenance tasks on time. You will prioritize tasks and participate in shift exchanges and team meetings. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing production areas to support the manufacture of Commercial and Clinical Biologics, adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

    Responsibilities

    + Perform environmental cleaning and formulation of cleaning solutions.

    + Document sterilization processes per cGMP protocol.

    + Complete preventive maintenance activities and visual inspections.

    + Sanitize every piece of stainless steel equipment to avoid quality deviations.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-3 years of cleaning experience required.

    + Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Basic computer skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a cleanroom environment.

    + Ability to perform janitorial duties and sanitization tasks.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a cleanroom setting following GMP protocols. You must be willing to wear a full gowning suit, including a body suit, gloves, hair and beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses. Gowning materials include Tyvek, Nitrile, and/or Latex gloves. The use of makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne, and perfume is prohibited. You must be able to wear a respirator, lift a minimum of 25 lbs independently, and stand for 80% of the shift. The work schedule consists of rotating 12-hour shifts from 5:30 am to 6 pm, following a 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off pattern. Candidates are encouraged to watch a video for a clear snapshot of the work environment.

    This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $24.15/hr.
