Job Title: Laborer

Job Description

Join a dedicated team in a full-service concrete company specializing in foundation, flatwork, and decorative work. We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our projects with a focus on quality and precision.

Responsibilities

+ Start the workday around 6am and work until project completion, typically between 4pm and 6pm.

+ Meet at the shop in Olathe at the start of the day and carpool to various job sites.

+ Participate in a comprehensive orientation on the first day, which may not include a full shift.

+ Engage in heavy lifting and perform physical labor tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

+ 1-2 years of experience in a construction general laborer role.

+ Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in operating forklifts, gradalls, or other lifts is a plus.

+ Knowledge of blueprint reading.

+ OSHA 10 certification.

+ Gyp-crete experience.

+ Equipment operating skills.

Work Environment

Work is conducted both outdoors and indoors, providing a diverse setting. The team starts and ends the day at the shop, with carpooling to job sites to promote camaraderie and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
