Job Title: CNC Machinist | $22-$32 2nd Shift M-F

Job Description

As a Swiss CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC or Swiss equipment to fabricate production parts.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to produce precision parts.

+ Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision.

+ Troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment as necessary.

+ Perform deburring, buffing, and sanding of parts to meet specifications.

+ Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using basic inspection equipment.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on machines.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of CNC setup experience.

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints.

+ Experience with small precision and tolerance parts.

+ Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.

+ High school diploma.

Work Environment

Work in a clean room environment with modernized machinery and equipment. The facility is air-conditioned, and while PPE is not required, cleanliness and precision are maintained at all times.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wheeling, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
