Job Title: General Production Worker - PAYING $17 TO $18 AN HOUR - YEAR END BONUS $$$

Job Description

Candidates will be assembling hydraulic hoses for agricultural equipment. This position requires the ability to stand, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours a day. Employees are responsible for taking a black tub, crimping on the fitting, bundling the products together, and placing them in a crate for shipment. Candidates must have computer skills, the ability to read a tape measure, use hand and power tools, sort by color, and perform heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble hydraulic hoses for agricultural equipment.

+ Stand, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours a day.

+ Crimp fittings onto hoses and bundle products for shipment.

+ Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.

+ Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.

Essential Skills

+ Assembly experience

+ Computer operation skills

+ Ability to read a tape measure

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools

+ Capability to perform heavy lifting up to 40lbs

+ 1 year of production experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in the manufacturing industry

+ Knowledge of machine and saw operation

+ General labor and assembly line experience

Work Environment

The building is about 3 years old and very clean. The production team consists of about 12 workers on the 1st and 2nd shifts, with a smaller crew on the new 3rd shift. The dress code includes steel toe shoes, t-shirt, and jeans. Working hours are 1st shift: 6am-2pm, 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm, and 3rd shift: 10pm-6am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brandon, South Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
