    1st and 2nd shift Assembler/Braizer $22-$23/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Production Associates for direct placement positions. You will be responsible for assembling radiators and radiator coils for copper piping systems. This role involves working from blueprints and utilizing hand and measuring tools. You will cut, measure, and assemble products, apply screws with a drill for metal brackets, and read a tape measure daily for specifications. There is substantial potential for career advancement into higher skilled roles such as welding, CNC, and fabrication.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications.

    + Complete work within estimated time frames.

    + Collaborate with a team to ensure products are produced on time.

    + Communicate any machine complications or challenges to lead/supervisor.

    + Participate in 5S cleaning and organizing methods.

    + Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to convert fractions to decimals and vice versa.

    + Experience in metal fabrication/metal joining.

    + Experience with progressive stamping.

    + Skilled in performing quality inspections.

    + OSHA certification.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.

     

    Competitive Pay: Pay range $22.01-27.50/hr.
