    Description

    Field Service Technicians are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through installing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on compressed air equipment

    - Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities

    - Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities

    - Consult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs

    - Document work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units in a timely manner

    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate service to customers

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    - 2+ years' compressed air system maintenance experience

    - 2+ years' refrigeration equipment maintenance experience

    - EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification

    - ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification

    - Electrical Certification (Will work with upto 480V)

    - 10+ Years experience and proven experience servicing Elgi Products for higher payrates.

    The pay range for this position is $81120.00 - $99840.00/yr.
