    Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

    Job Description

    We are seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate job opening for the position of Material Handler, with the Warehouse & Shipping team in the San Leandro, CA facility. This position reports to the Warehouse & Shipping Manager, and will be responsible for packing sales orders, pulling work orders, and performing daily cycle counts.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull and package daily sales orders.

    + Pull and issue parts for Production work orders.

    + Support efforts to ensure materials are stored properly to maximize space and comply with business and safety procedures.

    + Maintain Bin Location, Lot, and serial numbers.

    + Perform Daily Cycle Counts.

    + Follow work-order/router instructions and work within estimated time for completion of each assigned task.

    + All other projects and duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Forklift operation, including sit down and stand up forklifts.

    + Material handling, picking, packing, and general labor tasks.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Experience in moderate to high volume production environment.

    + Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Forklift license preferred.

    + Must be a team player, professional, and driven to achieve first-time accuracy.

    + Ability to work under pressure without creating workplace disruptions.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a warehouse and shipping setting located in San Leandro, CA. Employees will engage in material handling tasks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. The role requires heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. A professional yet collaborative atmosphere encourages efficiency and compliance with safety procedures.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Leandro, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
