    Job Description

    Join our team to work on new Boeing 737 BBJ's and Airbus A220 ACJ's Aircrafts . You will be involved in sheet metal assembly, installations, and modifications, contributing to our innovative projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform sheet metal assembly, installations, and modifications on aircraft.

    + Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.

    + Utilize personal tools which are etched and inventoried.

    + Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to meet project deadlines.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience in Aircraft Sheet Metal/Structures.

    + Proven experience in sheet metal assembly, installation, and modification.

    + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

    + Experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft preferred.

    + Willingness to work 5+ hours of overtime weekly.

    + Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shifts.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, and corporate jets.

    + Familiarity with hand and power tools.

    + Experience in a P145 repair station or similar environment.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is primarily in a hangar or outside setting. The schedule includes 1st and 2nd shifts, with most candidates working the 2nd shift. The workweek runs Monday to Friday, with 1st shift hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm and 2nd shift from 3 pm to 11:30 pm.

    This is a Contract position based out of Georgetown, Delaware.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
