Job Title: Level 2 Clean Room Assembly/Operator
Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and skilled individuals to join our team as Level 2 Clean Room Assembly/Operators. This role involves working in a clean room environment where you will perform various assembly and operational tasks using small hand tools and custom machines. The filters and components you will work with are crucial for respiratory purposes, including oxygen concentrators and HEPA filters. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions meticulously.
Responsibilities
+ Work in a clean room environment while adhering to gowning protocols, including wearing a full mask, gloves, hair net, booties, and refraining from makeup or liquids.
+ Perform machine operation tasks such as loading medical or filter components, monitoring machines, and catching parts.
+ Conduct visual inspections, packaging, labeling, bagging, sorting, trimming, and other duties as assigned per machine station.
+ Follow work instructions and complete documentation according to work orders.
+ Stand for 10 hours while performing assembly processes at a station.
+ Utilize small hand tools, tweezers, and basic machines for trimming, fixture assembly, or bagging.
+ Count, sort, or label components as necessary.
Essential Skills
+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical or clean room setting.
+ Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
+ Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Capable of standing for 10 hours while wearing steel toe boots.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong hand dexterity and ability to operate machinery.
+ Background in general labor, stocking, or packaging is advantageous.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean and climate-controlled environment, with the requirement to wear a full gown, hair/beard net, and eye protection in clean room areas. Safety steel toe boots and glasses are mandatory throughout the facility. Your workstation will be organized, and you must be able to stand for 10 hours per shift. Training will be on 1st shift, with permanent placement on the 2nd shift following training. Flexibility for overtime, especially on Fridays, is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
