Job Description
As a Receiving Inspector, you will be responsible for sorting small LCD displays and inspecting them for visual defects on very small components. You will follow provided test instructions and insert displays into test fixtures, looking for visual indicators.
Responsibilities
+ Sort and inspect small LCD displays for visual defects.
+ Follow test instructions accurately.
+ Insert displays into test fixtures and check for visual indicators.
+ Perform quality assurance tasks and final inspection of headsets.
Essential Skills
+ 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection.
+ Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
+ Computer literacy.
+ Fine manual dexterity for handling tiny, fragile parts.
+ Functional testing experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
+ Excellent eyesight for inspecting micro-components.

Work Environment
The work environment is a brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing floor built in 2018. It features a manufacturing casual dress code and offers a break room with multiple microwaves, refrigerators, and self-serve kiosks for food and snacks. Employees have access to both indoor and outdoor seating areas, as well as multiple TVs on the floor. The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, starting at 5:00 am for the first shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
