Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Oversee equipment performance to minimize both planned and unexpected downtime. Support the team in managing repairs and upgrades identified during audits or assessments, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Plan jobs efficiently, coordinating materials and services effectively. Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, contractors, and plant teams to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
+ Document equipment history, damage codes, and root causes with precision.
+ Participate in the TPM-PM Pillar rollout and maintain its smooth operation across the factory.
+ Ensure compliance with all government regulations and safety standards.
+ Reduce technical issues in critical areas affecting safety, food quality, and legal compliance.
+ Manage the maintenance budget and seek improvements with engineering expertise.
+ Optimize maintenance routines to minimize both planned and unexpected downtime.
+ Support technical stores and systems, manage work order schedules, and prioritize equipment BOM reviews.
+ Develop and lead a team of maintenance, electrical, and automation technicians.
+ Implement and guide the NCE Reliability program.
+ Share best practices from other factories using corporate engineering tools and training guides.
+ Maintain processing and packaging equipment to reduce breakdowns and enhance reliability.
+ Establish and monitor key performance indicators aligned with high maintenance standards.
+ Engage with team members, providing feedback and fostering their professional growth.
+ Promote strong collaboration between Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality departments.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance supervision.
+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance and schematic reading.
+ Familiarity with CMMS systems, such as SAP, and PLC troubleshooting.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team.
+ Knowledge of TPM and PM Pillar tools, including breakdown analysis and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
+ Understanding of food safety, worker safety, and compliance standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with predictive technologies like infrared, ultrasonic, and vibration analysis.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
+ Understanding of maintenance cost drivers in manufacturing and effective cost management.
+ Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
+ Familiarity with electrical and automation technologies, such as PLCs, HMIs, and servo drives.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
