    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines and facility equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Install, troubleshoot, and repair production machines and facility equipment.

    + Conduct emergency and scheduled maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.

    + Perform mechanical duties including machining, welding, and using hand/power tools.

    + Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.

    + Diagnose issues, replace parts, and make adjustments to ensure equipment efficiency.

    + Perform preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities.

    + Maintain plumbing and carpentry systems as needed.

    + Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.

    + Coordinate with external technicians for complex repairs.

    + Document maintenance activities and communicate with supervisors on equipment status.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a GMP environment requiring hair nets, beard nets, and non-slip safety shoes. The position is on the 1st shift, or 3rd shift

    This is a Contract position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
