    Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

    Pay: $18.00/hour

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team in Fort Myers. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience operating forklifts and managing warehouse operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Read and interpret pick tickets to accurately fulfill orders

    Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments in designated warehouse locations

    Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards

    Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management

    Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently

    Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

    Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years of forklift experience required

    Ability to read and understand pick tickets and inventory documents

    Experience with inventory control and cycle counting

    Familiarity with warehouse equipment including pallet jacks

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

    Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
