Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Electronic Assembler, where you will engage in a variety of routine electronic assembly operations. You will conduct inspections of your own and your colleagues' work to ensure accuracy and quality. Using hand tools and power tools, you will assemble products based on blueprints, applying process specifications to govern production. Your role will also involve recording production time and quantity data while actively demonstrating and adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Responsibilities
+ Perform routine electronic assembly operations.
+ Conduct inspections of your own and others' work for correctness.
+ Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly, including screwdrivers and crimpers.
+ Apply process specifications in production within an assigned cell.
+ Record production time and quantity data accurately.
+ Demonstrate and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
+ Participate in cross-training opportunities.
Essential Skills
+ At least 1 year of electronic assembly experience.
+ Ability to read and communicate in English.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in aerospace is a plus but not required.
+ High School Diploma required.
+ BA/BS required for those aiming for leadership roles.
+ Knowledge of wire harness assembly, conformal coating, soldering, and cable assembly for commercial and military aircrafts.
+ Experience with RF testing on network analyzers and adherence to standards such as J Standard and IPC 610.

Work Environment
Work Monday through Thursday on the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM, with training on the 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Experience a manufacturing environment that can be occasionally loud, where steel toe shoes and safety glasses are required. The assignment is temporary to hire, lasting approximately 90 working days (about 4 months). Attendance is crucial, and tenure is highly valued.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simi Valley, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.68 - $22.68/hr.
