Position Summary

Responsible for planning and execution of reporting and analytics that support Coram initiatives.

+ Partners with various departments as the data subject matter expert responsible for mining, transforming, and analyzing data using a variety of technical tools.

+ Identifies opportunities and implements recommendations to improve data collection, preparation, and analysis processes.

+ Creates data models, exports and reports using Epic Hyperspace and Clarity tools.Leads partnership with Epic application teams for data and reporting needs, including monthly releases and upgrades.

+ Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum two years of experience in analysis, reporting, IT, finance, or related field required.

+ Certification in Epic Clarity and highly proficient with SQL editing skills.

+ Experience in Epic Cogito, NOVA Notes, and Reporting Workbench.

+ Experience developing Tableau dashboards.

+ Experience developing Alteryx workflows and publishing to Alteryx Gallery.

+ Experience in developing reports, aggregating data, and providing key insights through key metrics.

+ Exceptional detail orientation and presentation skills.

+ Effective leadership and communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Expert Tableau skills.

+ Knowledge/experience using Salesforce databases.

+ Experienced in Tableau Site Administration.

+ Certified and/or highly proficient with Alteryx desktop.

+ Healthcare data experience or healthcare service background.

+ Familiar with Dataiku (Certified in DSS a plus).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
