    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will work on various lines and areas of the production floor, primarily focused on filling, packaging, and some mixing lines. You will be handling automated lines, machine operating, assisting with setups and changeovers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and assist with setups and changeovers on filling, packaging, and mixing lines.

    + Package products, gather raw materials, and unclog jams.

    + Check production reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    + Assist on different lines and provide help where needed.

    + Operate a forklift to move items or gather products when necessary.

    + Stage skids, package, and build orders.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 2 years of experience in machine operating.

    + Proficiency in machine operation and manufacturing processes.

    + Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

    + Experience with forklifts, hand tools, loading, picking, and power tools is advantageous.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broadview, Illinois.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
