Job Title: Multicraft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Multicraft Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Gordonsville, TN. This role involves performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on various industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery, including extrusion presses, hydraulics, gear boxes, bearings, furnaces, gas ovens, anodizing, painting, and press machines.

+ Read and understand blueprints and schematics to effectively perform maintenance tasks.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.

+ Engage in PLC troubleshooting and electrical maintenance.

+ Undertake welding and maintenance repair tasks as necessary.

+ Handle motors and perform industrial maintenance as required.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.

+ Skills in preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Competency in welding and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with 3-phase electrical systems.

+ Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 3 on, 3 off schedule with 12-hour shifts. The facility is a heavy industrial environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols. Employees are provided with the necessary equipment to perform their duties effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
