    Job Description

    This entry-level production position offers the opportunity to be cross-trained across various tasks on the assembly line. No prior experience is necessary, but candidates should be prepared to be on their feet for the entire shift and pay close attention to detail. The role involves creating custom filters with responsibilities including light assembly, quality checks, box making, and using small hand tools.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform light assembly tasks.

    + Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards.

    + Assemble and package products.

    + Utilize small hand tools for assembly tasks.

    + Perform scraping and other necessary tasks using small hand tools.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to perform mechanical assembly tasks.

    + Experience with hand tools and power tools.

    + Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Ability to perform general labor tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is climate-controlled at a comfortable 72 degrees year-round. The facility is very clean, and the job does not require physical exertion, with no need for steel-toed shoes. The dress code requires pants down to the ankle, closed-toe shoes like tennis shoes, and a t-shirt or long sleeve. Sweatshirts are allowed if strings are tucked in. The role includes 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11pm and 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 6am, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend work.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersontown, Kentucky.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
