Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and operational readiness.
+ Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime.
+ Adhere to all plant safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
+ Assist with the installation, assembly, and setup of new or relocated production equipment according to layout plans and manufacturer specifications.
+ Maintain accurate and timely records of all maintenance activities, work orders, parts usage, and modifications in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

+ Experience with motors, fuses, heaters, limit switches, electric motor clutches, and brakes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Annual Bonus Potential for all full time employees
5 vacation days and PTO/144 hours of Paid Holiday Time (12 days)
