Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to monitor and move powder fertilizer as it is loaded into trucks. This role involves various operational tasks to ensure the smooth handling of products.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor and survey powder fertilizer products as they are transferred into a tank.

+ Stand on your feet for the entire shift.

+ Operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack efficiently.

+ Complete quality control checks to ensure product standards.

+ Document all work and operations in the computer system accurately.

+ Train quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.

Essential Skills

+ General labor skills, including unloading and loading.

+ Experience in production environments.

+ Proficiency in operating a pallet jack and forklift.

+ Ability to use a computer to document shipments and operations.

+ Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ At least 1 year of experience in production, loading, or warehouse settings is preferred.

Work Environment

The position requires working from Monday through Friday, 6pm to 6am, with occasional Saturday shifts. Be prepared to work in a dynamic and hands-on environment, operating essential equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
