Job Opening: Blending Operator & Forklift Driver

**Location:** Ringgold, GA

**Shift:** 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

**Pay:** $19.80/hour

About Us

We’re a dynamic and growing company specializing in high-performance paint additives used across industrial and commercial applications. Our Ringgold facility is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Blending Operator who’s also certified to operate forklifts.

What You’ll Do

As a Blending Operator, you’ll be responsible for mixing raw materials to create paint additives according to precise formulations. You’ll also support warehouse operations by driving forklifts to move materials and finished products.

• Key Responsibilities

+ Operate blending equipment to produce paint additives

+ Follow batch instructions and safety protocols

+ Monitor product quality and adjust blends as needed

+ Safely operate forklifts to transport materials

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas

+ Complete production logs and inventory records

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors

• Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Prior experience in manufacturing or chemical blending preferred

+ Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

+ Willingness to work 2nd shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $21.69/hr.
