Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Project Foreman to lead field operations for marine construction projects. This role involves on-site
leadership and light administrative duties such as material ordering, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage marine construction crews on-site
•Operate and oversee heavy equipment, barges, and marine techniques
•Ensure safety and environmental compliance
•Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and the Director of Operations
•Adapt to changing site conditions and solve problems in real time
Qualifications
•7–10 years of marine construction experience
(pile driving, dredging, dock building)
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•OSHA 10 and rigging/signaling certifications
preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
