Ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of experience within hospitality management industry; preferably hotels or RV Resorts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Operational departments such as Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Assists the General Manager with the operational and financial management of the property. Meets assigned departmental budgets and monitors financial statements. Verifies that all standards are being maintained in each area of the property. Verifies that all team members meet or exceed all brand requirements. Takes action on guest and resident requests seeking resolution. Delivers and leads strong customer service and operational practices. Enforces resort rules and standards. Assists RV Resort General Manager with administrative duties and tasks. Works shifts and supports various departments as needed. Assists with the employee life cycle of recruiting, hiring, training, coach, counseling and mentoring. Assists with delivering profitable results and operating within budgeted guidelines. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local agencies that regulate fair housing laws and resort operations. Maintains current licenses and permits as prescribed by local, state and federal agencies. Participates in the development of short term and long term financial and operational plans for the Resort. Establishes and maintains an appropriate level of community involvement. Assists in the development of new programs which result in an increased level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Performs other related duties as assigned. Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
