Anticipated Start Date: October 31st, 2025

Sunstates Security is seeking a Security Supervisor in the Forest City, NC area. This position will require flexibility to cover all shifts and days , with a primary schedule to be discussed during the interview process.

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour — Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities

+ Ensure seamless security service by following and enforcing all site post orders.

+ Work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager , client , and security officers to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.

+ Provide leadership and support to officers to meet operational goals.

Quality Standards

+ Maintain a neat, professional appearance in a clean and complete uniform.

+ No smoking on assigned posts.

+ Demonstrate a friendly, professional demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service.

+ Communicate clearly (both verbal and written) and handle routine and crisis situations efficiently.

+ Understand and execute post orders, enforcing client and company policies, rules, and regulations.

+ Promptly report any site concerns to management.

Qualifications

+ Preferred: Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience.

+ Preferred: Previous experience in a security supervisor role.

+ Basic computer and cell phone proficiency.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proven ability to deliver quality customer service.

+ Sound judgment and decision-making skills.

+ Reliable transportation to assigned work sites.

+ Self-motivated team leader with the ability to motivate and guide officers .
