As a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor at Kuehne+Nagel, you will lead the coordination and accuracy of inventory across our warehouse and distribution centers. Your role is critical in ensuring that every product—from delicate flowers to fresh ingredients—is properly received, stored, tracked, and dispatched with precision. By maintaining seamless inventory control and supporting operational excellence, you contribute directly to the reliability of our supply chain and the satisfaction of our customers. Whether it's stocking shelves for everyday lunches or preparing shipments for family celebrations, your work helps make these moments possible. In this role, you will lead a team and ensure that physical cycle counts are performed, accurate inventory levels are maintained, account for all defective or damaged products, and provide appropriate corrective action. Your typical shift will be Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.

+ Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
+ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
+ Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
+ Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse inventory efficiency, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
+ Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
+ Verify inventory paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports
+ Ensure daily cycle counts are completed and help organize the annual audit
+ Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
+ Implement continuous improvement action plans and implementing loss prevention programs
+ Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
What we would like you to bring
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 3+ years of recent experience in a full-time inventory role
+ 2 or more years in a supervisory role in a warehousing environment
+ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
