    We are looking for a Data Integrity & Insights Specialist. This position will be a hybrid role based in Peachtree Corners GA.

     

    Siemens Electrical Products Division is seeking a Data Integrity and Insights Specialist to join our Strategic Marketing team. This role ensures that accurate, consistent, and actionable data informs decision-making across product marketing, market launch planning, and construction technology initiatives. You will serve as the steward of marketing and business data integrity, while also providing insights that influence strategy, execution, and market success.

    You’ll make a difference with:

    Data Governance & Integrity

    + Establish and maintain data standards, taxonomies, and governance frameworks across marketing and product systems.

    + Audit, cleanse, and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across tools and platforms.

    + Partner with IT and digital teams to align data practices with Siemens global standards.

    Insights & Analytics

    + Collect, analyze, and interpret market, customer, and product data to generate insights that support strategic marketing initiatives.

    + Build dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to track critical metrics across campaigns, launches, and channel activity.

    + Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, sales, and product partners.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Work closely with Product Marketing, Market Launch Planning, and Construction Technology teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

    + Work closely with sales and channel teams to harmonize data requirements, reporting, and sharing insights.

    + Support leadership with presentations, reports, and business cases grounded in data.

    Continuous Improvement

    + Identify gaps in data collection and develop processes to capture and use data more effectively.

    + Stay current on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and data analytics standard methodologies.

    + Advocate for automation, new tools, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field required;

    + 3+ years of experience with the following:

    + Data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing insights (experience in B2B or manufacturing preferred).

    + Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent)

    + Capable of dissecting and interpreting data to derive meaningful insights through analytical thinking.

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data cleaning/manipulation.

    + Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP).

    + Demonstrable experience in data governance, integrity management, or reporting across complex organizations.

    + Understanding of data structures, taxonomy, and metadata management.

    + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Master’s degree preferred.

    + Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to turn data into insights.

    + Superb attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

    + Effective communication skills, adept at simplifying and presenting complex findings to various audiences.

    + Collaborative approach with experience working across multi-functional teams.

    + Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
