Catholic Health is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Surgical Coordinator to support the daily operations of our central scheduling unit. In this key role, you’ll coordinate surgical procedures, support front office functions, and ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience from scheduling to surgery.

Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

+ Schedule hospital procedures and coordinate physician on-call calendars

+ Serve as a key liaison between the practice, hospital staff, and patients

+ Obtain prior authorizations and ensure all medical records and clearances are in place

+ Support front office operations: greeting patients, answering phones, verifying insurance, and appointment scheduling

+ Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

+ Contribute to a team-based, integrated care setting focused on exceptional patient care

Job Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in physician office scheduling

+ Clinical experience preferred

+ Strong understanding of insurance requirements and authorization processes

Salary Range

USD $25.11 - USD $43.96 /Hr.
