POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's Finance & Management Division is seeking a well-qualified, and highly motivated individual to fill one (1) Administrative Assistant III vacancy in their Budget Operations & Productivity Section. The position will report to a Fiscal Officer.
VACANCY INFORMATION
This transfer opportunity is located at the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk, 12400 Imperial Hwy., Norwalk, CA 90650.
This section is on a 9/80 work schedule.
Essential Job Functions
Duties include but are not limited to:
+ Assist in planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and managing the Department’s budget.
+ Research, prepare, and provide responses to various inquiries from CEO, Other County Departments, RRCC Bureaus, pertaining to RRCC Budget Requests, CEO’s Budget Status Reports, or other special assignments that arises.
Desirable Qualifications:
+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge of Executive and Administration operational needs
+ Experience with planning, organizing, coordinating and facilitating informative presentations
+ Analyzing and tracking pending legislation and rules of regulatory bodies which have substantial/potential impact on the Recorder/County Clerk operations
+ Preparing statistical reports on Bureau functions; monthly and annually
