    Who we’re looking for

     

    The Lexus Parts Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting Dealer purchases of Genuine Lexus Parts, which are essential for delivering an exceptional guest experience and adhering to the Lexus Covenant.

     

    This role involves providing parts supply information to Dealers, Field teams, and Parts Distribution Centers, while maintaining strong relationships to meet the needs of Guests, Dealers, and Field.

     

    The Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for parts training through Lexus College and is the primary contact for parts-related inquiries that cannot be resolved by the Parts Dealer Support Group / Parts Research Analyst (PRA).

     

    This individual ensures that all reports and program content align with Lexus's vision, brand voice, and business objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive follow-up skills to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain strong working relationships.

    What you’ll be doing

    + Review and manage Lexus catalog access for Toyota dealers, approving or denying third-party requests.

    + Utilize Microsoft Excel for analytical reporting and data interpretation, leveraging advanced functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling to identify trends and support business decisions.

    + Design and generate parts reports using PASA, Tableau, and ad-hoc tools to support data-driven decisions.

    + Participate in field activities including OE Parts Roundtables, dealer visits, and training sessions.

    + Lead parts training development for Parts Managers and Consultants, acting as subject matter expert.

    + Create and distribute SPOCs (Service and Parts Operations Communications) to internal teams and dealers.

    + Coordinate weekly reporting on parts supply and back-order status for HQ and executive teams.

    + Oversee catalog development including Fast-Moving Parts Catalog, Application Charts, and Touch-up Paint Chart.

    + Support Lexus programs such as the Cut Key Program and Digital Odometer Program.

    + Attend product launch meetings and create communications for new remanufactured parts offerings.

    + Manage key-related operations including Tokai Rika key updates, pricing issues, and Dealer Daily uploads.

    + Ensure new model parts readiness by researching, ordering, and coordinating availability for Lexus launches.

    + Provide dealer support on warranty, returns, shortages, and collaborate with PDCs and vendors on supply issues.

    What you bring

    + Bachelor's degree (BS or BA), or equivalent work experience.

    + Experience in automotive or luxury.

    + Planning or analytical-based experience.

    + Experience working directly with field offices, dealers, and business partners.

    + Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken, including public speaking.

    + Critical thinking and scenario planning.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + Proficiency in Service Parts & Accessories software, Tableau, Dealer Daily, Electronic Parts Catalog, TIS, Accessories Sales Guide, Mainframe access – Automated Parts System
