    Physical Therapist PT PRN DAY SHIFT

     

    _We're looking for qualified Physical Therapist like you to join our Texas Health Azle family._

     

    Work location: 108 Denver Trail Azle, Texas 76020

    Work hours: PRN DAYS (As Needed) Occasional weekends

    *this position will cover some weekend inpatient PT and possibly when the full time therapist has vacation*

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree Completion of a Physical Therapy program Req
