    Requirements

    INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

    + Valid Business License

    + General Liability insurance

    + Worker's Compensation Insurance (if applicable)

    + Federal EIN #

    + Other verifiable business

    + 18 years of age minimum

    + Ability to pass a criminal background check
