Senior QA Analyst

Job Description:

+ Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization

+ Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality

+ Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)

+ Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization

+ Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes

+ Manages testing efforts under tight deadlines

+ Needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Agile development methodology experience preferred

+ Works independently

+ Self motivated

**Required Qualifications** :

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.

+ 4+ years’ experience in software testing

+ 4+ years’ experience in insurance industry to include experience in the Medicaid Claims adjudication

+ Experience in Agile Software development

+ TSO / SQL knowledge is desirable

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

**Desired Qualifications** :

+ **Experience in Medicaid/Medicare or insurance industry; to include a minimum of 5 years experience in the Medicaid Claims applications.      **

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
