    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a **Lead Analytics Consultant** to join our Analytics & Decision Support (ADS) team, leading the development and enhancement of reporting and analytical solutions for our Contact Center operations. These solutions are used to gauge performance, support resource planning, perform controls, and support other functions. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong attention to detail, deep SQL expertise, and a strong understanding of contact center operations and/or workforce management.

    In this role, you will:

    + Design, build and maintain reporting and analytic solutions used by contact center, workforce management and other teams.

    + Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and help deliver solutions.

    + Help lead and coordinate larger development activities, including testing, and production support, ensuring timely and accurate data and information delivery.

    + As needed, leverage SQL and other technical expertise to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

    + Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

    + Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and user experience.

    + Serve as a subject matter expertise on contact center / workforce management data.

    + Strongly adhere to ADS development processes and procedures.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Understanding of Database Management Systems and demonstrated proficiency in SQL.

    + Proven experience working with contact center data, operations, or workforce management.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    + Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

     

    Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $100,000.00 - $196,000.00
