Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of invoices, comparing the details with corresponding purchase orders and received goods, and managing the A/P inbox. This role also involves scanning invoices.

Responsibilities

+ Review and verify the accuracy of invoices.

+ Compare invoice details with purchase orders and goods received.

+ Manage the A/P inbox.

+ Scan invoices for processing.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in invoice processing and data entry.

+ Ability to navigate within Excel spreadsheets.

+ Experience working within a large ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Peoplesoft, or JD Edwards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with three-way match.

+ Experience in the life science or manufacturing industry.

+ Familiarity with SAP.

+ 2+ years of experience processing over 75 invoices a week.

+ 2+ years of experience working with purchase orders.

+ Experience working for a company with over 25 million in revenue.

Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 1-2 weeks of onsite training, followed by a schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. This opportunity allows you to work for a reputable life science company in the Lehigh Valley and learn SAP, a leading ERP system.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
