Job Title: Business Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Specialist who will provide high-quality support and outstanding customer service to all areas of our organization, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts payable invoices.
Responsibilities
+ Manage assigned queue to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
+ Process a high volume of workflows with accuracy.
+ Review vendor invoices for linkage to purchase orders.
+ Ensure three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice is complete.
+ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
+ Follow processes, procedures, and internal controls.
+ Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
+ Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department.
+ Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
+ Complete goods receipts and work with the procurement department.
Essential Skills
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
+ Ability to manage data entry, reconciliation, and invoice processing.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
+ Professionalism and reliability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
+ Experience in a professional setting with business support exposure.
+ Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
+ Collaborative team player with a strong sense of professionalism.
+ Some accounting or finance experience is a plus.
+ Leadership potential, with opportunities to advance to lead or supervisor roles.
Work Environment
Join a diverse team with a mix of age and experience. Embrace change with an open mind and maintain a positive attitude. Work onsite for the first 90 days, then transition to a hybrid schedule with two days at home. Choose an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm; most team members work from 7 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vista, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
