Job Title: Sales and Business Development Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to develop account leads and manage new accounts within the primary cosmetic packing and distribution industry. The ideal candidate will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by promoting our image and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage account leads and new accounts.
+ Oversee customer portfolios and supervise sales support activities, ensuring compliance with pre-sales and after-sales processes.
+ Promote the company's image to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen loyalty.
+ Plan and execute action plans and missions, identifying priorities and objectives within the assigned area.
+ Analyze market strategies and maintain in-depth knowledge of current business and product conditions.
+ Monitor sales trends, current offers, and customer positions, including key performance indicators.
+ Create offers for customers, adhering to company policies and including special and promotional activities.
+ Prepare annual sales forecasts for the assigned region, detailing volume and turnover, and plan company objectives.
+ Conduct periodic data control activities and report to the company's management.
+ Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the primary cosmetic packing and distribution industry within sales activities.
+ Proven business and financial acumen
+ Strong negotiation skills
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and creating new accounts
+ Experience with ERP systems such as Navision
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the glass cosmetics industry
+ Ability to meet with customers on a daily or weekly basis
Work Environment
The role requires frequent interaction with customers, necessitating regular meetings. The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Professional attire is expected during customer interactions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
Medical/Rx: after 60 days of employment; employee shares with the company the premium cost at a scaling rate. Dental, Vision and Life Insurance: provided for employees via payroll pre-tax deduction. Disability Benefits: provided as required by law; no cost to employees. Worker's Compensation: provided as required by law; no cost to employees. 401K Plan: Company matches 4%; plan entry every 6 months; partial vesting schedule. PAID TIME OFF VACATION: Accrual on first year of employment. Allow carry over of up to unused five (5) vacation days. SICK: 40 hours (5 days) per year. No carry over. ADDITIONAL PERSONAL DAYS: granted annually. PAID HOLIDAYS: New Year’s Day President’s Day Good Friday Memoria Day Independence Day Labor Day Yom Kippur Thanksgiving Day Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Day Wellness Week Paid Company Closure: December 26 to December 31
