Talent Strategy and Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Strategy and Acquisition Specialist to lead and support talent processes that align with our global strategies. This role involves collaboration with HR Business Partners and line managers to address business needs and talent challenges, with a focus on talent advancement and acquisition.
Responsibilities
+ Implement talent processes to execute global talent strategies within the Cluster/Hub.
+ Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to understand business needs and talent challenges.
+ Provide feedback to Hub Talent Leads for future strategy and program development.
+ Identify top talent both internally and externally.
+ Advocate for internal talent advancement opportunities and promote related activities.
+ Conduct internal searches, prepare candidate lists, and initiate discussions with line managers.
+ Act as a talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves.
+ Support managers and HRBPs in identifying career and development activities.
+ Conduct assessments for selection and development, providing feedback and coaching.
+ Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment support following position approval.
+ Search internal and external talent pools to promote career and development opportunities.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and select sourcing strategies.
+ Create candidate shortlists, conduct interviews and assessments, and provide feedback and coaching.
+ Manage offer negotiations and vacancy closure.
+ Ensure compliance with local legislation, HR policies, and data privacy requirements.
+ Support timely analytics and reporting to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 5+ years of professional HR experience in a global organization or RPO.
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting.
+ Workday experience highly preferred.
+ Proven success with recruiting strategies and techniques, including digital and social media.
+ Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business drivers and talent trends.
+ Experience managing change projects and strong process thinking.
+ Ability to network and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally.
+ Exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation.
+ Experienced in coaching and developing others.
+ Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.

Work Environment
The role requires working in a high-performing global environment with cross-functional teams. The use of various recruitment platforms and digital tools is essential. The position demands flexibility, strong networking abilities, and a proactive approach to talent management. Dress code is business casual.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
