This **Principal Digital Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)** , will be responsible for leadership accountability for a team of **10 Digital CSA vendors** operating across the Americas. These vendors are coordinated through a **vendor team lead** , whom you will coach and support to ensure operational excellence and customer impact.

Responsibilities

+ Drive milestone execution across the Americas, ensuring 95% commit-to-complete for >$10K Azure committed milestones.

+ Coach the vendor team lead to manage and develop the 10 Digital CSA vendors, fostering a high-performance culture.

+ Monitor consumption signals and proactively identify expansion opportunities and next workloads.

+ Represent customer needs internally and advocate for technical blockers resolution and resource orchestration.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales OR Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 5+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales OR 8+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales OR equivalent experience.

+ 2+ years of experience working with vendor teams or outsourced delivery models.

Additional or preferred qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technical architect, consulting, design and implementation, and/or sales OR equivalent experience.

+ 6+ years experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations and management of technology.

+ Deep understanding of Azure architecture and workload consumption strategies.

Digital Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $62.93 - $121.11 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $79.62 - $130.91 per hour.
