IMMEDIATE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST NEEDED

FULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY 830AM-5PM

PISCATAWAY, NJ

$21/HR

Qualifications:

+ 1 year of receptionist experience or admin office experience

+ Microsoft excel skills and outlook skills

+ Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

+ Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

+ Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner

+ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

+ Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

+ Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars

+ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

+ Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply inventory

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
