What You’ll Do:
As a Client Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our case processing operations. You’ll work within CMS portals and internal systems to ensure accurate data entry, eligibility review, and documentation. Your role directly supports our Independent Resolution (IDR) Team, helping insurance providers make informed decisions about medical claims.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Navigate CMS portals to process cases and enter data into our secure database
+ Review medical records for completeness and accuracy
+ Upload and organize documentation from external client sites
+ Communicate with clients via email to resolve inquiries and provide updates
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks
+ Collaborate with reviewers to support claim evaluations for treatment or diagnosis
Skills You’ll Bring:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM
+ Strong data entry and computer literacy skills
+ Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance claims, and electronic medical records (EMR)
+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
+ Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
+ Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
