    Description

    This opportunity is looking to bring on full-time an administrative assistant who has experience working in a warehouse setting handling release orders, independent work, customer service, and good computer skills. This role offers room for growth and great compensation. Will have close communication with customer service, operations and warehouse departments.

     

    - Bringing the release into PKMS via the interface

     

    - Route the release through PKMS (Whse management system)

     

    - Fix any error

     

    - Wave the picks and release

     

    - Ripping picks and sort after they are run

     

    - Bringing picks down to the Tower by a cart

     

    - Repeat process 1 to 6 for Engraving , Noon release and 2:00 release as well as Whse2 for Geoge Jensen

     

    - Work with customer service to release orders depending on the need for work in warehouse

     

    - Fix Geoge Jensen errors for orders that are coded wrong when they come into PkMS (Whse management system)

     

    - Work with inventory team to release stock share orders between other Fiskars facilities ie Australia

     

    - Do Adjustments in AX(Planning software) for Whse2 Georg Jensen

     

    - Stock order control office with labels and ribbons

     

    - Know how to change the ribbons on the printers

     

    - Work with the rest of the warehouse team to fix inventory issues for orders that have shortages

     

    - Communicate any issues with orders to customer service

     

    - Daily and Monthly reports

     

    - Orders supplies for Tower and Packing as needed

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    - Administrative support

     

    - Distribution/warehouse experience ideal

     

    - Microsoft office

     

    - Purchase orders

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
