Qualifications: • Proven track record as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role in a software development environment, ideally in an environment with high ticket volume • Strong organizational skill with the ability to manage, prioritize, and maintain large backlogs of work items • Prior experience in DevOps, application engineering, or application risk management • Ability to hold the team accountable for keeping tickets updating, adding required details, and following agreed upon processes • Proficient with JQL to create filters, reports, and dashboards • Experience in preparation and participation in Program Increment (PI) Planning • Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a strong track record of successful collaboration in Agile teams. • Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams, understand system architecture, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable backlog items • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to keep technical teams engaged and accountable • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on backlog quality and process discipline Preferred Qualifications: • SAFe certification (ex. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
