TEKsystems is looking to hire a Mortgage Support Associate to work with on of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest. This team supports a team of Mortgage Loan Officers reaching out to leads and current customers.

+ Pay: $20.00/hour

+ Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM (M-F)

+ Office is located in N. Columbus

Job Details:

+ This department will be tasked with calling mortgage customers who have an adjustable rate coming up in the next 210 days.

+ Build a warm and effective rapport with clients and bank's internal partners.

+ Provide detailed information on specific accounts and adjustable loan rates, with the goal of gaining interest from the borrower to speak to a Loan Officer.

+ Transfer potential customers to Loan Officers for the purpose of obtaining an applicate with the end goal of a funded loan.

+ Leave voicemails for those who do not answer, will be making 100+ phone calls per day.

Skills/Qualifications:

+ Recent business degree (business, finance, sales, etc.) preferred, not required

+ Customer service oriented/professional written and verbal communication skills

+ Comfortability making outbound phone calls

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel

+ High School Diploma

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
