    The Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment within SME&C is at the leading edge of growth and transformation.     Summary of the position:

    As **Business Manager** for the Growth Ecosystems & Innovation team, you drive strategic business management, field-led innovation, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence for SMB sales initiatives. You serve as a key orchestrator between field teams, leadership, and partners, ensuring alignment, readiness, and measurable impact on business outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Business Management

    + Own and manage theGEIOne List:Consolidate, prioritize, and track RFY (Reach, Frequency, Yield) asks from field teams, ensuring visibility and progress with worldwide leadership.

    + Coordinate rhythm-of-business (ROB) and team meetings,maintaininga consistent cadence to support strategic execution.

    + Oversee fiscal year summit and landing plans for SMB Sales teams, driving readiness and alignment across the organization.

    + Monitor and report on teamspend, ensuring financial discipline and accuracy against budget targets.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Partner Support

    + Serve as a primary point of contact for GEI Leadership, especially supportingGMstakeholder engagement activities.

    + Lead engagement of GM and team for partner eventsand design SMB engagement and represent SMB POV– examples: PAC, Sales Summits, partner summits

    + Build andmaintainstrong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,representingthe team in key meetings and engagements.

    + Fullyparticipatein the SME&C Business Manager community and partner closely with the Global SMB Chief of Staff team to support broader initiatives.

    Travel & Logistics Management

    + Plan and execute offsites and travellogisticsforGMand partner engagements, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with business priorities.

    + Oversee travel arrangements, expense tracking, and reporting for leadership and team activities.

    Field Innovation & Feedback

    + Join inthe development and scaling of field-led pilots, running sprints to test global initiatives and measure business impact.

    + Establish and manage a feedback loop platform, capturing actionable field insights to inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement.

    Operational Excellence

    + Ensuretimelyand effective execution of ROB, offsitelogistics, and travel plans.

    + Deliverclear, engaging landing experiences for SMB Sales teams, supporting change management and readiness for key initiatives.

    + Maintain data integrity across business management systems, ensuring secure and auditable workflows.

    + Promote a culture of growth, inclusion, and community engagement through learning initiatives and participation.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications (RQs)

    + Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science)

    + 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

    + OR equivalent experience

    Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

    + Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

    + OR Master’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 2+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related role

    + Channel or SMB experience

     

    Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
