As the Event Marketing Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor, consulting with senior leaders to deliver seamless event experiences.

Strategy & Execution: Create and execute highly visible events and projects, developing detailed plans, cost/benefit analyses, and leading continuous process improvement efforts.

Audience Focus: Center your efforts on events and webinars targeting a consultant audience.

Industry Expertise: Maintain broad knowledge of conference and event industry trends, competition, and technology to inform event strategy.

Stakeholder Management: Foster effective communication and strong partnerships between internal teams and external vendors.

Operational Management: Participate in assessing team capacity, prioritizing requests, managing project risks, and ensuring compliance.

Consults with senior staff leaders in one or more business areas to deliver top-quality and cost-effective events in line with business objectives and brand strategy.

Creates and executes highly visible events and projects. Recommends and implements creative and innovative practices to continuously improve upon existing event planning processes. This role focuses on in-person events and webinars for our consultant audience, including ad-hoc events as needed.

Develops and maintains broad knowledge and awareness of conference and event industry forces, competition, technology, and trends to act as a trusted advisor throughout the event strategy.

Creates detailed plans consistent with marketing and business objectives, develops cost/benefit analyses, and leads continuous-improvement efforts.

Fosters effective communication and partnership with external partners. Liaises between internal and external partners as needed.

Participates in assessing team capacity and prioritizing requests. Engages in strategic competitive analysis. Manages risk and ensures compliance in partnership with senior leaders and other crew.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Limited travel as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven background in Project Management (PM) and Marketing.

Experience within the financial services industry is highly valued.

Proficiency with technology platforms such as Workfront, PowerPoint (PPT), Excel, Teams, Co-Pilot, and Writer.

Strong strategic and analytical thinking to manage projects from conception through execution.

Ability to travel minimally as needed for in-person events

Must be able to commute onsite to Malvern, PA 3 days per week**this is not an Event Planner position**
