Job Summary:

At Red Hat, our interns are an integral part of the team. They don’t get relegated to busywork or unimportant tasks, but participate in the day-to-day work and are active contributors to their team.

We are currently looking for a Product Training Analyst intern to join us in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience, and collaborate with a broader international team both locally and globally.

During this internship, you will help apply data management and analysis techniques to assess, evaluate and recommend improvements to our training, certification and enablement product lifecycle. You will have regular contact with portfolio managers, software engineers, and ML/AI experts to assist in identifying important insights into how the training products can be developed better, faster, and integrating AI more fully.

The focus for Red Hat's Intern Program is a dual partnership between the Emerging Talent Team and our intern managers. We offer you professional development, social engagement and networking, performance and development, and meaningful work throughout your time at Red Hat.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Collect and document input from Red Hat Product and Technical Learning (PTL) associates and stakeholders, and multiple data sources to define the current product lifecycle and workflows. Use visual representations of the workflows and gather feedback regularly.

+ Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and duplication in the lifecycle workflows. In collaboration with the team, prioritize the issues and assess options for improving them.

+ Enhance your knowledge of AI tools available with Red Hat through training, experimentation, and prototyping

+ Evaluate and recommend AI methods for addressing the identified issues.

+ Document and present on findings to the PTL team and related stakeholders.

+ Network with other talented interns in an inclusive workplace where you can be yourself and thrive

Required Skills:

+ Basic knowledge and passion for learning and using AI tools

+ Interest and some experience in presenting information visually for effective communication and collaboration

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

+ Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions

+ Ability to effectively establish and maintain communication with both internal and external stakeholders

+ Strong organizational and logistical skills

+ Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally

+ Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
