Job Summary
As a Senior Product Manager in Deposits 2.0, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact. Supported by user research and customer feedback, you will fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. The Deposits 2.0 team seeks a proactive Project Manager to develop innovative strategies enhancing core deposit products and platforms.
Job Responsibilities
+ Collect and summarize weekly status report to submit to Program Manager
+ Coordinates and drives the work efforts of the Tech, Product, Data, Design team assigned to a specific capability
+ Lead requirement sessions for each capability and capture assumptions, follow-ups, questions, and schedule necessary deep dives
+ Obtain sign-off on requirements from all impacted and necessary stakeholders
+ Ensure creation of feature epics from Product Management
+ Lead and manage JAD sessions for cross-impacting features
+ Ensure audit readiness of capability documentation
+ Track completion of all deliverables according to the PDLC
+ Track all impacted JIRAs across all teams for each capability to ensure aligned due dates, commitment status
+ Hold a weekly status meeting for each feature / capability project team to discuss status, issues, questions, etc..
+ Manage and track the release plan for all releases
+ Coordinate and track testing for capability
+ Create project plan with timelines, milestones
+ Conduct go / no-go decision session
+ Conduct retros at the capability level
+ Mentoring and coaching junior colleges'
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management.
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
+ Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
+ Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
+ Customer-obsessed with a passion for building lasting partnerships across complex organizations.
+ Demonstrate organizational agility by effectively navigating and managing complex projects.
+ Proficient in JIRA and other work management tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ Experience in the retail financial industry, including banking products, payments, or fintech experience.
+ Prior experience with systems modernization.
