As a Senior Designer, you will collaborate with talented colleagues to deliver high-impact creative work across digital, print, and event platforms.     As a Senior Graphic Designer in The Infatuation, you will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all creative output meets The Infatuation's standards. You will lead and support design initiatives, review work from staff designers and freelancers, and collaborate with editorial, marketing, and product design teams. Your role will involve both tactical execution and strategic thinking, delivering creative solutions for internal and external projects. You will maintain brand guidelines, stay current on design trends, and ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints. This position is based in NYC and requires full-time office presence.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Maintain and update brand guidelines across all consumer touchpoints, introducing new design styles and trends as appropriate.

    + Collaborate with the Creative team to manage projects and enhance department productivity, supporting overall goals.

    + Partner with project managers to ensure timely execution of all asset requests.

    + Support Editorial, Social, and Marketing teams in creating assets and content for platforms such as Meta, digital OOH, Substack, and more.

    + Consult with all departments to ensure design consistency across platforms.

    + Review design work from staff designers and freelancers for internal and external projects.

    + Interact with Chase creatives on co-brand initiatives as needed.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    + 4+ years of experience in graphic design focused in 2D and typography.

    + 4+ years of experience working in-house or freelance with agency/studio creative teams.

    + Strong sense of typography, design, color, and graphics.

    + Demonstrated ability to work across various media formats (print, digital, social, video, etc.).

    + Experience with animation and motion graphics.

    + Ability to balance creative ideas with business needs.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    + Experience with food media is a plus.
