    About the Role

     

    The Associate, Global E-Commerce team will partner closely with the Director of Global Ecommerce in executing brand.com initiatives, online marketing programs, and CRM activities across markets worldwide to achieve online sales goals.

     

    We are seeking a **motivated, detail-oriented, and innovative Associate** to join our Global Ecommerce team. The ideal candidate is **eager to learn, self-motivated, and proactive** , with a strong interest in digital commerce and the ability to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and partners across global markets.

You will gain hands-on experience working with regional teams, have the chance to influence how our brands connect with consumers online, and collaborate with regional partners to ensure flawless execution across multiple markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Global Program Activation

    + Help translate campaign and program strategies into actionable online activation guides for regional and market teams.

    + Collaborate closely with NA partners and Production team to implement the initiatives on NA brand sites and conduct regular follow-ups with regional partners to monitor implementation status, track performance, and provide guidance.

    + Analyze performance using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Full Story, ensuring initiatives are optimized for success.

    + Creative Development & Content Review

    + Assist in drafting creative briefs for online sales and marketing programs.

    + Review and provide feedback on content to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.

    + Brand.com Differentiation & Loyalty Initiatives

    + Support the Director of Global Ecommerce in developing and executing brand.com differentiation strategies, including the creation of exclusive sets, swag, and loyalty-driven projects.

    + Site QA & UX Enhancements

    + Conduct quality assurance on new brand site functionalities and UI/UX updates to confirm accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business and brand needs.

    + CRM & Customer Engagement

    + Continually help support the improvement of our CRM program globally and share CRM best practices, campaign ideas, and creative assets with regional teams to strengthen engagement, traffic, and revenue on brand sites.

    + Contribute to the enhancement and management of the Global CRM lifecycle communication playbook.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    + 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or related functions (global or regional exposure preferred).

    + Self-motivated; Ability to proactively identify and solve problems without direction

    + Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and global teams, ability to cultivate relationships with Global colleagues, partners and a solid understanding of cultural nuances

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.

    + Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, FullStory, or similar).
