Osmose Utilites Services is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Utilities Must currently live in the Northeast US ME/VT/NH/CT/NY/MA - Relocations will not be considered This role will plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities concerned with the utility services provided by Osmose. The Senior Project Manager plans, directs, coordinates and budgets activities for the utility services provided by Osmose. The project manager participates in the conceptual development of a project and oversees its organization, scheduling and implementation. The Project Manager will work directly with the internal Osmose operations, delivery, engineering, business development and management teams and the customer to ensure the project objectives are aligned and with the contracted scope of work. Manage, mentor, and develop associate Project Manager's as needed. Responsibilities: + Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contracted work scope specifications. + Track, manage and resolve project issues as they arise throughout the project life cycle + Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients. + Formulate reports by extracting required data from various sources concerning such areas as work progress, costs and scheduling, for internal and external distribution. + Implement and adhere to the project management process and methodology. + Work with contract administrators to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the customer. + Represent company in customer facing project meetings and attend strategy meetings. + Track and reconcile revenue, cost of goods, accruals, and customer invoices using principles of cost accounting. Requirements: + Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship + Bachelor's degree in business or technical degree preferred (computer science, mathematics, statistics, business or other mathematical field) plus a minimum of seven (7) years related experience. Utility or utility services industry management preferred. + Must have demonstrated reengineering and business process experience, proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint (MS Access and MS Visio helpful), and the ability to lead presentations with confidence. + PMP Certification through PMI is preferred. + Willingness to work varied hours whenever necessary to achieve the desired results; occasional overnight travel required (20%).
